摘要
文章介绍了梅兰化工自备电厂燃煤锅炉(4~*150T/H)全烟气量的处理。采用石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫工艺、系统应用控制回路实现烟气脱硫的自动化控制,对技改新装置精密控制、工艺参数的调整,充分发挥了石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫的优势,通过脱硫控制改造前后运行数据的比较,使烟气中SO_2浓度显著降低。处理后的烟气完全达到并优于《火电厂大气污染物排放标准》(GB13223-2011),取得了优良的环境效益并具备较好的经济性。
This passage introduces the disposal of total air volume from coal-fired boiler (4*150T/H) . Using Wet limestone gypsum flue gas desulphurization process, application control loop achieves automation control of flue gas desulfurization . Precise control the new device ,adjust the parameters and play an advantage . By comparing the data before and after the transformation of the operation, the concentration of SO2 in flue gas was significant- ly decreased. The flue gas after treatment could reach and better than the "atmospheric pollutant emission stan- dard of Thermal Power Plants " GB 13223-2011, achieve good environmental benefits and good economic.
