关于自升式平台升船桩腿齿条出现刮痕情况的分析

Analysis on the Scratch of Some Jack-up's Leg Rack During Jacking Trial

桩腿齿条是自升式平台的关键部件之一,升船作业是检验桩腿齿条质量和建造精度的重要试验。文章通过对某公司自升式平台在进行升船作业时出现的桩腿齿条刮痕情况进行实地测量,并对测量的数据进行统计和分类,又针对出现的各类问题进行了汇总、分析和论证,从而找出齿条刮痕的产生原因,并给出了如何控制和避免刮痕产生的建议。

Leg rack is one of the key parts for jack-up platform. And jacking trial is an important test to check the leg rack＇s manufacturing and building quality. This paper is based on scratches occurred in some jack-up plat- form leg racks during its jacking trial. Field measurements of the rack were recorded on the spot. Through statis- tics and classification of the measured data and then in view of all kinds of problems, theory and practical analysis was carried out, and the reason the scratches produced for the rack was found. Finally some advices for how to avoid or control the scratches happen were given for related engineers.
