摘要
文章对28例血液透析中心静脉留置导管患者血栓形成的原因进行分析,提出防范措施。结果显示28例患者6例发生堵管20例次,经溶栓后正常透析,1例患者发生脱管后重新置管。中心静脉留置导管血栓形成严重影响透析效果,应采取针对性干预措施,延长导管的使用寿命,提高患者的生活质量延长患者的生命。
In this paper, the causes of thrombosis of patients with hemodialysis catheter were analyzed and the pre- vention measures were put forward. The results showed that there were 20 cases of obstructed tubes in 28 cases, and the normal dialysis after thrombolysis, and 1 case of the patient was taken out of the tube. Central venous in- dwelling catheter thrombosis targeted intervention measures should be taken seriously affect the effect of dialysis, prolong the service life of the catheter, improve the quality of life of patients with prolong patient＇s life.
