贵州省人口文化素质对经济增长贡献率研究

A Quantitative Research on Contribution of People's Culture Quality to Economic Growth in Guizhou

经济发展在一定程度上取决于人口文化素质的提高,因此立足贵州省人口文化素质与经济发展现状,对其进行分析就显得由为重要.以贵州省1990—2015年数据为基础,采用柯布—道格拉斯生产函数模型从定量角度分析人口文化素质对区域经济发展的影响,从而更加准确考察人口文化素质对经济发展的贡献度.发现贵州省人口文化素质对经济影响呈正向相关关系,但随着时间的推移贡献率呈先下降再上升的过程.最后根据人口文化素质与经济发展的关系,提出相应的政策来提高文化素质达到促进区域经济发展的目的.

Economic development, to a certain extent, depends on the improvement of cuhural quality of the population. In view of the population＇s current cultural quality and the present economic development in Guizhou, the impact of population＇s culture quality on regional economic development is analyzed in the Cobb -Douglas production function model supported by the data from 1990 to 2015. The study shows that the population cultural quality is positively related to the economy in Guizhou, but the contribution rate will drop before it rises up as time goes on. With and the economic development, the policies the purpose of promoting regional economic regard to the relationship between the population culture quality to improve the cultural quality are put forward so as to achieve development.
