The Application of Formative Assessment in Clinical Medicine Practice

目的探讨形成性评价在医学检验教学实践过程中的效果和意义。方法构建医学检验实习教学的形成性评价体系,制定《实习轮转记录》(学生用)和《实习考核要点》(教师用)。结果以形成性评价体系作为实习及带教的纲要,实习和带教有的放矢,提高了学生的学习效果。结论形成性评价体系的应用,有效促进实习教学管理,提高实习生的自觉性和主动性,完善专业知识体系,提高专业素质,为今后走向工作岗位和独立开展工作打下良好基础。

Objective To investigate the application of formative assessment in practice of clinical medicine. Meth- ods Build the system of formative assessment in clinical medicine practice, formulate The Internship Rotation Records （ for students） and The Key Points of Practice Examination （ for teachers）. Results Taking formative assessment system as an outline of practice and teaching, the practice and teaching have a definite aim, which improves the students＇learning effect. Conclusion The implement of formative assessment system effectively promote the practice management, enhance the con- sciousness and initiative of interns, perfect the system of the professional knowledge, improve their professional quality.
