摘要
目的探究透明质酸钠注射对腹部取皮区瘢痕的影响。方法选取本院2015年10月—2017年2月间收治的100例腹部术后瘢痕患者,分组研究,实验组与对照组各50例,对照组应用抗生素治疗,实验组在此基础上应用透明质酸钠创口局部注射治疗,对比两组治疗1个月、2个月、3个月、6个月瘢痕形成的宽度、高度、自觉症状、瘢痕面积,对比治疗效果。结果实验组治疗1个月、2个月、3个月、6个月瘢痕形成的宽度、高度、自觉症状评分等均与对照组比较存在显著性差异(P<0.05);两组治疗前瘢痕面积对比无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后实验组瘢痕面积小于对照组(P<0.05);实验组总有效率为96.0%,对照组为74.0%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论透明质酸钠治疗腹部术后瘢痕有显著疗效,对瘢痕形成有效抑制,改善了创口美观度,值得应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of sodium hyaluronate injection on the scar of abdominal skin area. Methods 100 cases of abdominal postoperative scar patients in our hospital from October 2015 to February 2017 were en- rolled and divided into groups for the study, which were experimental group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given antibiotic treatment, while the experimental group was given local injection of sodium hyalur- onate. The width, height, subjective symptom and scar area of scar formation after 1 month, 2 months, 3 months and 6 months of treatment, and the treatment effect was compared. Results The width, height, subjective symptom of scar forma- tion in the experimental group after 1 month, 2 months, 3 months and 6 months of treatment were significant compared with those in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). There was no significant difference in the scar area between the two groups before treatment ( P 〉 0. 05 ), which in the experimental group after treatment was less than that in the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The total effective rate in the experimental group was 96.0%, which in the control group was 74. 0%. The difference in the total effective rates between the two groups was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of postoperative abdominal scar has a significant effect on the formation of effective inhibition of scar formation, and it can improve the beauty of the wound, which is worth using.
