腹部B超与X线平片对儿童急性肠梗阻的诊断价值对比

Comparative study on value of abdominal ultrasonography and abdominal X-ray plain film in diagnosis of children with acute intestinal obstruction

目的对比腹部B超与X线平片对儿童急性肠梗阻的诊断价值。方法选取2010年2月—2015年5月我院普外科收治的108例急性肠梗阻患儿,将其随机分为2组各54例。对照组采用腹部X线平片检查,观察组予以腹部B超检查,比较2组检出率及鉴别类型的准确性。结果观察组诊断儿童肠梗阻的检出率及鉴别类型的准确性均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹部B超诊断儿童急性肠梗阻的优势更为明显,检出率及分型准确度更高,能够有效指导临床治疗。

Objective To compare the value of abdominal ultrasonography and abdominal X-ray plain film in diagnosis of children with acute intestinal obstruction. Methods 108 children with acute intestinal obstruction in the general surgery department of hospital were randomly divided into two groups. Control group was examined by abdominal X-ray plain f＇dm, observation group was examined by abdominal ultrasonography. The detection rate and accuracy of diagnosing intestinal obstruction of two groups were compared. Results The detection rate and accuracy of diagnosing children with intestinal obstruction of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Abdominal ultrasonography in diagnosis of children with acute intestinal obstruction has more significant advantages, it has higher detection rate and classification accuracy, and it can be used effectively in clinical treatment.
