普瑞巴林联合泼尼松治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效及安全性研究

Efficacy and safety of Pregabalin combined with Prednisone in treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia

目的分析普瑞巴林联合泼尼松治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效及安全性。方法选取2016年8月—2017年8月我所收治的带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者90例随机分为2组,各45例。对照组采用普瑞巴林治疗,观察组在普瑞巴林基础上联合泼尼松,对比2组临床疗效及安全性。结果对照组治疗总有效率为71.11%,明显低于观察组的88.89%,不良反应发生率高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普瑞巴林联合泼尼松治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛可有效缓解患者的临床症状,减轻疼痛感,安全可靠,在临床应用中值得推广。

Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of pregabalin combined with prednisone in treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia.Methods 90 patients with post-herpetic neuralgia treated in Dexing dermatology and venereology control of Jiangxi province were slected, and they were randomly divided into two groups, 45 cases in each. Control group took pregabalin, observation group took pregabalin combined with prednisone. The clinical efficacy and safety of two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of control group was 71.11%, which was significantly lower than 85.89% of observation group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was higher than observation group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pregabalin combined with prednisone in treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and reduce patients＇ pain, which is safe and reliable and is worthy of promotion in clinical application.
