摘要
本实验以犊牛腹泻病中分离鉴定的25株大肠杆菌生物膜阳性菌株为实验对象,利用PCR方法,进行8种相关毒力因子aap、irp2、Pet、SetIA、shfA、fimH、EspD、papD检测筛选。其结果显示:在所检测25株菌中出现的频率最高的基因是fimH和papD,分别为16%,Esp D为12%,shf A为8%;irp2为4%;aap、Pet和Set I A三种基因均未检测到。达到为大肠杆菌生物膜的形成机制提供一定的理论依据。
This experiment object was 25 strains separation and identification biofilm positive Escherichia coli from calf diarrhea dis- ease. The Polymerase ChainReaction method used screening 8 kinds of the virulence factors genes of aap.irp2.Pet.Set I A.shfA.fimH. EspD andpapD associated with biofilm formation in 25 strains ofEscherichia coli bacteria. The results showedthat the highest frequency of the detected 25 strains were fimH and papD, respectively, 16%, EspD 12%, shfA 8% ; irp 24% ; and aaP, Pet and Set I A three genes were not detected. The aim of this test was to provide a theoretical basis for the formation mechanism of Escherichia coli biofilm.
