摘要
参照美国临床实验室标准化研究所(CLSI)制定的微量肉汤稀释法,本试验研究了氟苯尼考与泰乐菌素对猪链球菌、副猪嗜血杆菌、猪胸膜肺炎放线杆菌以及多杀性巴氏杆菌4种常见猪呼吸道病原菌联合药敏试验中的相互作用。结果表明,氟苯尼考和泰乐菌素单独使用时对各菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)分别在1~8μg/m L和0.5~2μg/m L之间,二者联合后的部分抑菌指数(FIC)介于0.5~0.75之间,表现为相加作用或协同作用。
This study was conducted on the sensitivity of the pathogenic Streptococcus suis, Haemophilus parasuis, Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae and Pasteurella multocida to florfenicol in combined with tylosin in vitro by broth micro - dilution method, which recommended by Clinical And Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI). The results showed that the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of florfenicol and tylosin against the bacteria were 1~8μg/m Land0.5~2μg/m L when single used, and the fractional inhib- itory concentration (FIC) of florfenicol combined with tylosin was O. 5 ~ O. 75, respectively. This study suggested that the combination of florfenicol and tylosin to the bacteria had an additive or synergistic effect.
