摘要
少数民族大学毕业生就业质量问题,关系到个人发展、家庭认可和社会的稳定。该文以塔里木大学为例,基于就业质量的视角,通过问卷调查和查阅文献等方法,主要从就业率、就业地域、就业性质,就业满意度、用人单位评价等方面分析新疆少数民族大学生就业质量,分别从大学生毕业生本身、用人单位、政府和高校四个维度提出提高少数民族大学毕业生就业质量的对策建议。
The employment quality of ethnic minority university students is related to the individual development, recognition by the family and social harmony and stability. Taking Tarim University as an example, from the angle of employment quality, through the measures such as questionnaire survey and literature review and so on, this paper analyzes the ethnic minority university students'em- ployment quality mainly from employment rate, employment area, employment properties, employment satisfaction, and the value of employing unit etc, and gives strategy suggestions from college graduates, employing unit, government and college four dimensions re- spectively to improve the employment quality of ethnic minority university students.
