摘要
针对塔里木油田污水的成分特点,本文采用缩合的方法首次合成了油酸咪唑啉羧酸盐、苯甲酸咪唑啉羧酸盐和月桂酸咪唑啉羧酸盐等三种咪唑啉类缓蚀剂。在含有氯离子、碳酸氢根离子、镁离子、钙离子、钠离子、二氧化硫、二氧化碳等成分的模拟水中,利用静态挂片失重测定所合成的三种咪唑啉缓蚀剂的防腐效果,通过防腐试片(20#碳钢)进行缓蚀效果评价,再将合成的羧酸盐缓蚀剂与乌洛托品、硫脲复配后(10∶2∶0.5),利用正交复配的方法得出缓蚀剂最佳比例及浓度,在300 ml的模拟水中,苯甲酸咪唑啉缓蚀剂20%+月桂酸咪唑啉缓蚀剂80%在取600 mg时,缓蚀效果最佳,缓蚀效率97.31%。
In this experiment, three imidazoline corrosion inhibitor, oleic imidazoline carboxylate imidazoline corrosion inhibitor, ben- zoic acid carboxylic acid inhibitor and lauric acid imidazoline carboxylic acid inhibitor was synthesized according to the composition characteristics of the Tarim Oilfield sewage. The anficorrosive effect of the synthetic imidazoline corrosion inhibitors was evaluated by static coupon weight loss measurement in the simulated oil field water containing chloride ions and bicarbonate ions, magnesium ions, calcium, sodium, sulfur dioxide, carbon dioxide composition. Corrosion effect evaluation was evaluated by the experiment using corro- sion specimens (20# carbon steel): The composite corrosion inhibitors were prepared by composing the carboxylic acid inhibitor with methenamine, thiourea ( 10: 2: O. 5 ) and its optimum proportion and inhibitor concentration was get by orthogonal method. The compos- ite of acid imidazoline corrosion inhibitor 20% and lauric acid imidazoline corrosion inhibitor 80% got the best corrosion and corrosion inhibition efficiency which was 97.31% when it was taking 600 mg in 300 mL of simulated water.
