Analysis of Evaluation Methods of Brown Rice Humidifying Uniform Degree

为解决在加湿调质技术中加湿均匀程度没有确定的评价指标问题,采用颗粒混合程度的评价指标方法评定加湿均匀程度。通过对标准差、变异系数、接触数、lacey指数四种混合度评价方法的详细介绍,阐述了其在加湿调质技术上的应用可行性,可实现加湿均匀程度的定量分析,从而推进糙米加湿调质技术的应用。

In order to solve the problem that humidifying uniform degree has no certain evaluation methods in moisture conditioning technology, this paper applies evaluation method of particle mixing degree to assess humidifying uniform degree. Four mixing degree e- valuation methods including standard deviation, coefficient of variation, contact number and Lacey index are detailed introduction. Ex- pounding application feasibility of moisture conditioning technology, quantitative analysis of humidifying uniform degree can be came true, and promoting the brown rice moisture conditioning technology application.
