摘要
目的调查食源性疾病暴发的原因,为预防类似事件的发生提供参考。方法在学校、医疗机构进行病例主动搜索,开展病例个案、现场勘察及采集标本进行实验室检测。结果该起事件暴发始于12月14日18:00,持续48 h,发病高峰12月15日12:00;共报告91例病例,罹患率为13.2%(91/690);症状以发热、呕吐、腹泻为主,伴有腹痛、头痛及恶心等症状;学生患者便检可及疑食物鸡刨豆腐中检出同型的沙门菌;病例暴露于学校食堂,致病餐次为12月14日午餐,污染食品为鸡刨豆腐。结论这是一起由沙门菌污染食品引起的食源性疾病暴发;规范和落实学校食堂餐饮监管,加强教育、卫生、食品监管等各部门的联防联控,对学校预防和控制食源性疾病暴发至关重要。
Objective To find out the cause of a foodborne disease outbreak and provide reference for preventing similar events.Methods Search cases actively from the school and medical institutions,developing case studies,on-site investigation and collecting specimens for laboratory testing.Results The incident outbreak began in December 14th 18:00, last for 48 h,the peak of outbreak is December 15th 12:00;91 cases were reported,the prevalence rate was 13.2%(91/690);the main symptoms were fever, vomiting and diarrhea, accompanying with abdominal pain, headache, nausea and other symptoms; the type of Salmonella was same detected from student patients and chicken tofu of suspected food; patients were exposed to the school canteen,lunch of December 14th was contaminated by pathogen, chicken tofu was polluted.Conclusion This event was a food borne disease outbreak caused by Salmonella contamination ; specification and implementation on food safety supervision of school canteen;strengthen the cooperation of health,food Administration and other departments is crucial for foodborne disease outbreaks prevention and control in school.
