应用型本科高校专业人才培养特区建设与实践——以皖西学院土木工程专业为例 被引量:1

摘要 本文在土木工程"专业人才培养特区"建设的基础上总结了近年来在推进人才培养模式创新,课程体系改革,"双能型"师资队伍建设,专业课程教学内容和教学方法的改革,实践教学体系的完善等方面进行的有益探索和实践。实践表明,通过"专业人才培养特区"建设,使学生获得土木工程师的基本训练,具有解决工程实际问题的能力,具有较强的创新能力,人才培养质量得以提高。通过"专业人才培养特区"建设与实践为我校应用型人才培养起到了一定的示范作用。 Based upon the cultivation of talents special zone of the civil engineering, the paper summarized the beneficial exploration and practice: the mode of talent cultivation, curriculum program reform, dual-talented teaching staff construction, professional curriculum contents and method reform, and improvement of the practical teaching system in recent years. The practice demonstrated that, with the cultivation of talents special zone, students can obtain the necessary training for being a civil engineer and ability to solve real engineering problems. Students' innovation capacity and quality are greatly improved. The construction and practice of talents special zone set an example for the cultivation of applied talents for our university.
