摘要
旨在解决共性教学问题的传统的教学培训和研讨不能完全解决教室内孤立的教学中教师产生的个性问题。互助协作教学以平等自愿为基础,以共同提高和发展为目标,解决教师教学过程中产生的细节性的、个性的问题。本文以大连理工大学城市学院的互助协作教学实践为例,阐述了其在教师自我提升中的价值和局限。
The unique challenges teachers encounter in their separate classrooms while teaching cant be solved by traditional training seminar targeting the common teaching problems. Collaboration among teachers based on equality and willingness and targeting mutual development and enhancement aims to deal with the unique individual teaching problems. This essay illustrates the strengths and limits of teaching collaboration to boost self - development of teachers by the analysis of collaborative teaching practice in City Institute.
