摘要
本文通过研究新疆美术免费定向师范生教育的实施背景和现状,揭示少数民族地区美术免费定向师范生教育所面临的"招不满,下不去"的问题,分析原因,提出"渗透式教师职业认同教育"的观点,为民族地区美术教师队伍人员不足的问题提供相应的解决办法。
Through the implementation of the background and current situation in Xinjiang Academy of free normal - oriented students cultivation, this paper reveals ethnic minority areas free with the problems of "recruit dissatisfied, never being full", analyzing the reasons and putting forward point of view of "infiltrating Teachers'Professional Identity Education " to provide appropriate solutions to the problems of art understaffed team of teachers in minority areas.
