新媒体语境下工科院校新生朋辈心理辅导问题及实效性分析

Effectiveness Analysis of Peer Counseling Problems in Engineering Colleges under the Context of the New Media

近年来,高校思想政治教育工作取得创新,即积极的应用朋辈心理辅导来开展思政教育工作。尤其是在新媒体语境下,和新媒体的结合使该模式不仅实施起来极为方便,而且还具有良好的推广性,在解决大学生心理健康问题方面作用显著。首先对工科院校新生适应性现状及问题的集中表现进行了阐述,然后探索和实施了新媒体下朋辈心理辅导模式,研究结果表明该模式可以提高高校心理健康工作的针对性和实效性。

In recent years, college ideological and political education work is innovative, namely the application of positive peer counseling in order to develop ideological education work. Especially in the context of the new media, and the combination of the new media makes the model not only implementing very convenient, but also has a good generalization, which was significant of solving the problem of college students＇mental health. Firstly, the paper describes the new situation and problems of adaptability, concentrated expression of engineering colleges are expounded, and then explore and implement the peer counseling model under the new media, the results show that the model can improve the pertinence and actual effect of college mental health work.
