高校军训思想政治教育的正向功能研究

Research on Positive Function of Colleges and Universities Military Training Ideological and Political Education

本文在分析军训的思想政治教育现状及存在问题的基础上,从军训思想政治教育工作的独特性方面展开,突出思想政治工作的正向功能,并提出从陶冶、导向、约束、凝聚与辐射和激励等功能方面着手,做到寓教于训,通过军训的正向功能提高军训的思想政治教育效果,发挥军训育人的功能。

This paper analyzes ideological and political education situation and existing problems of military training. Based on this, the paper highlights the positive function of military training ideological and political education from the unique aspects of military training ideological and political education. It puts forwards that the education can be achieved through training starting with the edifying function, guiding function, restraining function, cohering and radiating function, and encouraging function. Finally, the effect of the ideological and political education of military training can be improved and the educational function of military training can be play through the positive function of military training.
