川芎嗪注射液对急性心肌梗死介入手术后抑制心室重塑方面的影响

Effect of Inhibiting Ventricular Remodeling of Chuanqiongqin Injection on Acute Myocardial Infarction after Interventional Operation

目的:观察针对于急性心肌梗死行介入手术后接受川芎嗪注射液治疗的患者,其心室功能指标的变化,探究川芎嗪注射液对患者心室重塑的影响。方法:将2015年1月—2016年12月在本院接受介入手术的98例急性心肌梗死患者,按照术后药物干预方法的不同分为对照组和治疗组,各49例。其中对照组接受抗凝、抗血小板、降脂等基础治疗方案,治疗组在对照组的基础上还接受川芎嗪注射液治疗,分别在治疗1周、4周、8周、12周时,检查记录两组患者的心室功能的各项指标值。结果:治疗组的LVEDV和LVESD和对照组相比均显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组的第1个月和第2个月的指标水平相比也有显著降低(P<0.05),第3个月则趋于稳定。治疗后,治疗组的LVEF则有显著的增加,后趋于稳定。结论:川芎嗪注射液在急性心肌梗死患者的PCI围术期的干预治疗对术后患者心功能恢复有很好的促进作用,可减少心室重塑发生的概率,这为临床用药提供了重要参考。

Objective ：To observe Chuanqiongqin Injection treatment in patients with acupuncture for acute myocardial infarc- tion patients after surgical intervention, the change of ventricular function index, effects of Chuanqiongqin Injection on patients with ventricular remodeling. Methods：Ninety - eight cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction from January 2015 to De- cember 2016 underwent interventional surgery in our hospital, according to different methods of drug intervention for postoperative observation group and control group ,49 cases in each group. The control group received antieoagulation, antiplatelet,lipld -lower- ing therapy. The observation group on the basis also accepted ligustrazine injection treatment, respectively. In the treatment of 1, 4,8 and 12 weeks ,cheek each index and record two groups＇ ventricular function value. Results ：The treatment group＇s LVEDV and LVESD decreased significantly compared with the control group＇s （P 〈 0. 05）. In first and second month,the index level of the treatment group was significantly lower（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment, the treatment group＇s LVEF was significantly increased. Con- clusion：Chuanqiongqin Injection in patients with acute myocardial infarction in PCI intervention has a very good role in promoting the recovery of the patients with postoperative cardiac function and can reduce the probability of ventricular remodeling, which provides an important reference for clinical medication.
