补阳还五汤配合针灸治疗脑中风后遗症42例

Efficacy of Buyang Huanwu Decoction with Acupuncture Treatment of 42 Cases of Stroke Sequela

目的:研究补阳还五汤配合针灸治疗脑中风后遗症的效果。方法:病例选取本院2014年2月—2015年10月60例脑中风后遗症患者。随机将60例患者分为常规组和中药+针灸组。常规组采取西医方法治疗;中药+针灸组采取补阳还五汤配合针灸治疗。比较(1)脑中风后遗症临床治疗效果;(2)干预前和干预后患者生活质量的差异;(3)干预前和干预后患者神经功能缺损评分、Barthel指数、血浆黏度的差异。结果:(1)中药+针灸组对比常规组脑中风后遗症临床治疗效果更高,P<0.05;(2)干预前两组生活质量相似,P>0.05;干预后中药+针灸组对比常规组生活质量改善更显著,P<0.05;(3)干预前两组神经功能缺损评分、Barthel指数、血浆黏度相似,P>0.05;干预后中药+针灸组对比常规组神经功能缺损评分、Barthel指数、血浆黏度改善更显著,P<0.05。结论:补阳还五汤配合针灸治疗脑中风后遗症效果确切,可有效减轻患者神经功能缺损,促进其血浆黏度的降低,改善患者生活活动能力,提高其生存质量,值得推广。

Objective ： To observe the effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction with acupuncture treatment of stroke sequela. Meth- ods ：In our hospital from February 2014 - October 2015,60 cases of patients with stroke sequelae were randomly divided into rou- tine group and traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture group. The routine group used Western medicine. The Chinese medi- cine and acupuncture group received acupuncture and Buyang Huanwu Decoction. Compare the effective rate, quality of life, neu- rological deficit scores, Barthel index and plasma viscosity. Results： （ 1 ）Traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture group＇s ef- fective rate was higher than the routine group＇ s, P 〈 0. 05 ; （ 2 ） Before the intervention, the quality of life was similar in the two groups,P 〉 0. 05. After the intervention, traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture group＇s quality of life improved more sig- nificantly that of the routine group,P 〈 0. 05. （3）Before intervention, two groups＇ neurological deficit scores, Barthel index and plasma viscosity were similar, P 〉 0. 05. After intervention, the traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture group＇s neurological deficit scores, Barthel index and plasma viscosity were improved more significantly, P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion ：Buyang Huanwu Decoc- tion with acupuncture in the treatment of stroke sequelae has exact effect and can effectively reduce neurologic impairment, pro- mote reduction of plasma viscosity,improve patients＇ life activity and improve their quality of life,worthy of promotion.
