苏黄止咳胶囊治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期的临床疗效及长期随访观察

Long-term Follow-up Study of Suhuang Zhike Capsule Treatment of Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的:探讨苏黄止咳胶囊治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发展期的临床疗效以及长期随访结果。方法:选取2014年1月—2015年6月来本院治疗的107例老年慢阻肺患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组53例,对照组54例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,治疗组患者在常规治疗的基础上,给予每天口服苏黄止咳胶囊,3粒/次,3次/d,4周为1个疗程。在疗程结束后,进行12个月以上的随访观察。结果:随访期间,治疗组与对照组比较,急性加重次数和再入院率明显降低(P<0.01);治疗组的第一秒用力呼气量占预计值百分比(FEV1)、第一秒用力呼气量/用力肺活量(FEV1/FVC)均明显升高,残气量(RV)、残气与肺总量比值(RV/TLC)均明显降低,与治疗前和对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);另外,治疗组的生存质量评估表得分明显降低,6 min步行距离明显提高,与治疗前和对照组相比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:苏黄止咳胶囊口服可以改善慢性阻塞性肺病患者的肺功能,提高生存质量,减少慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重和再入院次数。

Objective ： To study the long - term follow - up results of the Suhuang Zhike Capsule in treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Methods ： A total of 107 cases of COPD patients were recruited from January 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital. They were randomly divided into the treatment group （53 cases） and the control group （54 cases）. Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment while patients in the treatment group were given Suhuang Zhike Capsule three pills at a time, three times a day in addition to the conventional treatment regimen ,8 weeks for the course of treat- ment. After the end of treatment, more than 12 months follow - up was conducted. Results ： During follow - up, compared to the control group,the number and rate of recurrence and readmission were significantly lower in the treatment group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. In the treatment group, FEV1 and FEV1/FVC were significantly increased, while RV and RV/TLC were significantly decreased. Compared to pre - treatment and the control group, the differences were significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. In addition, quality of life ques- tionnaire scores were significantly lower while 6 min walking distances were significantly higher compared to pre - treatment and those of the control group （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Suhuang Zhike Capsule treatment was able to improve lung function, immune function and quality of life of patient with COPD. It was also able to reduce the number and rate of rehospitalization of patient with COPD.
