针刺结合理筋正骨法治疗单纯颈、腰椎椎间盘突出症的临床观察

Clinical Effect of Acupuncture Combined wth Tendon Massage and Bone Setting in Treatment of Cervical and Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的:观察针刺结合理筋正骨法治疗单纯颈、腰椎椎间盘突出症的临床特点。方法:选择从2015年3月—2016年2月在本院确诊为单纯颈、腰椎椎间盘突出症的患者共164例,按照随机数字表法均分到对照组和观察组。观察组采用针刺结合理筋正骨法治疗,对照组进行常规推拿和斜板法治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、VAS评分和中医症状评分情况。结果:观察组有12例痊愈,23例显效,43例经治疗有效,总有效率(95.12%);对照组痊愈5例,显效14例,有效47例,总计66例(80.49%)(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后腰椎病患者VAS评分(1.21±1.15),颈椎病患者中医症状评分(3.36±2.25);对照组分别为(3.53±1.22)和(7.08±2.49),得分均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:因此运用针刺结合理筋正骨法对单纯性颈、腰椎间盘突出症进行治疗可以标本兼顾,活血通络、理气散瘀以缓解疼痛,治疗病症。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with tendon massage and bone setting in treat- ment of cervical and lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods ： Choose 164 cases from March 2015 to February 2016 in our hospital diagnosed as simple cervical - lumbar disc herniation patients. According to the random number table method, the patietns were divided into the control group and observation group. The observation group was treated by acupuncture combined with ten- don bone settting and the control group was given routine treatment of massage and inclined plate. The clinical efficacy, VAS score and TCM symptom score of the two groups were compared. Results：In the observation group, 12 cases were cured,23 cases were markedly effective,43 cases were effective and the total effective rate wa 95.12%. The control group were cured in 5 cases, markedly effective in 14 cases, effective in 47 cases, a total of 66 cases （80.49%） （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment, observation group＇s VAS score （ 1.21 ± 1.15） and cervical spondylosis TCM symptom score （3.36 ± 2.25 ） were respectively statistically significant compared with control group＇s （3.53± 1.22） and （7.08 ± 2.49） scores （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The use of acu- puncture combined with tendon massage and bone setting method of simple cervical and lumbar disc herniation treatment can both promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis to ease the pain.
