中医药干预间充质干细胞治疗肝硬化的进展

Progress of Interference of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Cirrhosis Treated with Mesenchymal Stem Cell

近年来,间充质干细胞移植疗法作为治疗肝脏疾病的再生疗法渐受关注,大量的研究表明,间充质干细胞能促进受损肝脏的恢复。然而,间充质干细胞的增殖、分化和归巢影响着治疗的效果。研究表明中药可以诱导间充质干细胞分化为肝细胞,文章旨在为中医药干预间充质干细胞的现状及前景在治疗肝硬化的研究领域进行探讨。

Recently, transplantation of mesenchymal stern cellhas attracted attention as a regenerative therapy for liver disea- ses. Abundant evidence suggests that MSC promotesthe recovery of liver injury. However, theproliferation, differentiationand hom- ing of MSC affect the treatment effect. Studies have confirm that Chinese medicine induced MSC differentiated into liver cells. This review aims to provide in depth status and prospects of traditional Chinese medicineintervention formesenchymal stem cell in the treatmentof cirrhosis.
