OA System Based on Work-Flow Chart and Its Realization

传统的系统需求分析方法有数据流图法等 ,但对于基于工作流的系统如办公自动化系统并不适合 笔者运用工作流图法对办公自动化系统进行需求分析 ,明确了系统需求 ,接着给出了系统的功能模块设计 ,并研究了基于LotusDomino/Notes的系统解决方案和系统实现技术 ,最后应用于镇江市经委OA系统的建设中 ,开发出相关的应用软件 。

Traditional requirement analysis method such as data flow chart is no longer effective for office automation (OA) system. We propose a new requirement analysis method based on work flow chart, which is proved to be effective for OA system. We then carry the module design of the system function, and study the solution project based on Domino/Notes. The method is applied to the construction of the Zhenjiang Economic Committee OA system, which shows a new approach for OA system.
