摘要
在分析生产矿井信息化特殊要求的基础上,研究了大型现代数字化矿井建设的总体架构、系统组成、接口要求、子系统性能、功能及数据的特征,提出了大型现代数字化矿井四层架构设计,即经营管理及决策层、生产执行层、控制层和IT基础设施。相关设计和应用系统涵盖了矿井的生产、管理、经营、资源、安全、效益等多个方面。结果表明:在中煤能源集团葫芦素煤矿应用的成果体现了设计的全面性、实用性和可操作性。该研究对煤炭企业的数字化和信息化建设具有重要的指导意义和参考价值。
This paper building on a fuller analysis of the special requirements of the coal mine enterprise information presents a detailed analysis and study of the overall architecture of large modern digital mine construction,system composition,interfaces,subsystem performance,function and data requirements of regulations and proposes the four layers of large modern digital mine construction structure design:decision support and operation management layer,production execution layer,control layer and IT infrastructure layer.The paper also introduces relevant design and application system involving the mine production,management,resources,safety,efficiency,and many other aspects.The result shows that the method proves the comprehensiveness,practicability and maneuverability as it is applied in Hulusu mine and it has a certain guiding significance and reference value for the digitization and informatization construction of mine enterprise.
