腹地次区域国际陆港建设发展战略研究--以呼和浩特市国际陆港为例

Development Strategy of International Land Port Construction in Hinterland Sub Region——A Case Study of Hohhot International Land Port

本文构建腹地次区域国际陆港发展战略的分析框架,以呼和浩特市为例,对腹地次区域国际陆港建设进行了SWOT矩阵分析。基于地理位置差异和功能定位差异,本文将呼和浩特市发展战略确定为"远、中、近"相结合的进出口综合型国际陆港。呼和浩特市作为腹地次区域建设国际陆港的发展思路是:强化国际陆港次区域中心地位,配套完善陆港基础设施,补齐陆港功能短板,搭建高效管理服务平台,提高通关效率和便利化水平。

This paper constructs the analysis framework of the hinterland sub region of the international inland port development strategy, and chooses Hohhot as an example for the SWOT matrix analysis of the hinterland sub region of the international land port construction. Based on the differences of geographical location and functional positioning, this paper puts forward the strategic positioning of Hohhot as a combination of the ＂far, medium and near＂ and a comprehensive international port of import and export. Development of the hinterland sub region of the international land port construction is to strengthen the international land port area center, perfect the infrastructure of the land port, improve of land port function the short board of build the efficient management service platform, and improve the efficiency of customs clearance facilitation.
