摘要 上海与国外发达国家城市相比,能耗水平仍然较高,污染物排放也较严重,迫切需要通过优化能源结构来治理大气污染、改善空气质量。调研了上海能源利用现状,分析了能源活动对空气质量的影响,根据上海能源消费结构变化趋势,提出了煤炭利用途径、电力生产方式等优化方向,并建议全面落实环境治理举措,以确保上海未来经济增长、能源消费和生态环境协调发展。 Compared with the developed countries, the energy consumption level in Shanghai is still high and the pollutant emission is more serious. It is urgent to control the air pollution and improve the air quality by optimizing the energy structure. Investigated the current situation of energy utilization in Shanghai and analyzed the impact of energy activities on air quality. According to the changing trend of energy consumption structure in Shanghai, the optimization direction of coal utilization and power production mode was put forward. The initiatives for full implementation of environmental governance were proposed to ensure coordinated development of economic growth, energy consumption and ecological environment in future Shanghai.
