下肢动脉硬化闭塞症腔内介入治疗的研究进展

Progress of endovascular intervention for arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower extremities

近几年,随着诊疗技术的发展,腔内介入治疗日益成熟,已逐步代替传统外科手术,成为治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(ASO)的主要手术方式。腔内介入治疗下肢ASO的疗效确切,加上技术上的创新,其优势更加稳固,笔者通过阅读大量相关文献,对腔内介入治疗下肢ASO的进展进行总结,并对其发展前景进行探讨。

With the development of technologies in recent years, endovascular intervention has increasingly matured and gradually taken the place of traditional surgery as a main treatment modality for lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans （ASO）. The efficacy of endovascular intervention in treatment of lower limb ASO is demonstrable, and the technological innovations make its superiority more and more strengthened. Here, the authors, after a comprehensive relevant literature review, extract the achievements from the related clinical trials, and discuss its development prospects.
