舰船柴油主机尾气排放特性及其尾流抑制应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过检测曼哈姆(TBD)型船用柴油机尾气,总结不同负荷工况下柴油机尾气排放特性的变化规律,以实现利用尾气气体消除尾流微气泡。针对实验测试数据,研究基于主机尾气的舰船尾流消除技术的可行性,从主机尾气的排量、排温、溶解度、酸碱性、成分方面,分析尾气能否满足技术需求。实验结果表明:尾气气体成分较稳定,排温为350℃以上,排量达1 000 kg/h以上,尾气溶解度为0.12 g/L,呈弱酸性;证明尾气气体的排气量充足,消泡速率高,对舰船次生危害少,具有消除尾流微气泡的作用,对于提升舰船尾流隐身及降低排气危害具有重要意义。 Through testing on the characteristics of TBD-type marine diesel engine exhaust, the change rules of the diesel engine emission performance under different loads are summarized to eliminate wake micro bubbles by taking advantage of the exhaust. Based on the experimental test data, feasibility study of the warship wake elimination via engine technology is grounded upon to have the technical demand of whether the exhaust can meet analyzed from the aspects of the exhaust displacement, temperature, solubility, acid-base property, composition. The experimental results show that the exhaust composition is stable with exhaust temperature of above 350 ~C and displacement of above 1 000 kg/h and the solubility of 0.12 g/L, having slight acid property. It proves the sufficiency of exhaust displacement, higher defoaming efficiency and fewer hazards to the warship, being capable of eliminating wake micro bubbles and having the significance to warship wake stealth and exhaust hazard reduction.
