摘要
为探究猪胎盘冻干粉对小鼠免疫功能的影响,将110只6~8周龄的昆明小鼠随机分为空白对照、阳性对照、高剂量实验组、低剂量实验组,采用经口灌胃给药法,连续给药35 d后,测定各组小鼠的胸腺、脾脏等免疫脏器指数、腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬百分率,和Con A刺激后外周血T淋巴细胞转化率。结果显示:猪胎盘冻干粉高剂量组显著提升小鼠脾脏指数(P<0.05),但对胸腺指数影响不明显(P>0.05);冻干粉所有剂量组的腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬活性及外周血T淋巴母细胞转化率均显著提高(P<0.05),其中雄性组效果更明显,表明猪胎盘冻干粉具有增强小鼠机体免疫功能的作用。
To investigate the effect of freeze-dried pig placenta on immune function of mice. 110 mice of 6-8 weeks old were randomly divided into blank control group, positive control group, high dose group, low dose group and fed with freeze-dried pig placenta powder for 35 days, and then the immune organ index of thymus, spleen of all groups of mice, the phagocytic percentage of peritoneal macrophages, the conversion rate of peripheral blood lymphocytes after ConA stimulation were measured. The results show that the high dosage group significantly improves the spleen index (P〈0.05) of mice, but not thymus index (P〉0.05). Phagocytic activity of peritoneal macrophage and conversion rate of T lymphocytes of peripheral blood of all dosage groups are obviously increased (P〈0.05), among which male group is more obvious. Freeze-dried pig placenta can effectively promote the immune function of mice.
