民办高职教学评价指标体系的构建——基于数据的分析

摘要 数据分析是教学评价的基础和教学改进的手段,全面、真实、有效的数据对教学诊断和改进具有重要意义。为提高教学评价的有效性和改进性,民办高职院校教学评价应以数据分析为依据,综合考虑投入产出比、学生学习基线的薄弱性、教师来源的流动性和多样性。在评价指标体系的构建中,应遵循全面性、客观性、针对性的原则,综合评价学校的成本、效益,以及人和组织的成长。 Data analysis is the basis of teaching evaluation and the means of teaching improvement, and the comprehensive, real and effective data are of great significance to the diagnosis and improvement of teaching. In order to improve the effectiveness and improvement of teaching evaluation, the teaching evaluation of private higher vocational colleges should be based on data analysis, and comprehensively consider input-output ratio, the weak study baseline of students, and liquidity and diversity of teachers sources. In the construction of evaluation index system, it should follow the principle of comprehensiveness, objectivity, and aim, and comprehensively evaluate the school's cost and benefit, as well as the growth of people and organizations.
