摘要
现代学徒制以培养技术技能型人才作为目的,在传统学徒制言传身教法的基础上,融合学校和企业教育,将理论知识、职业技能、工作经验和职业精神传授给学徒,达到企业的需求标准。杭州职业技术学院汽检专业以"企业学徒"模式建设衔接方案,以共同提升机制为建设契机,达到教师和学生共同提升的目的。
To cultivated the technical skilled talents, based on the traditional apprenticeship, modem apprenticeship integrates school and enterprise education, imparts theoretical knowledge, professional skills, work experience and professional spirit to apprentices, and meets the requirements of enterprises. Automotive inspection major in Hangzhou Vocational ＆ Technical College makes use of the enterprise apprentice construction scheme and mutual promotion mechanism to achieve the goal of mutual promotion of teachers and students.
