摘要
从大学生养成教育(人格健全教育)的知、情、意、行四个维度,提出了大学生"五自"(自我认知、自我悦纳、自我控制、自我完善、自我超越)成熟人格培育的养成教育法,以提升大学生的综合思想与心理素质,服务养成教育,实现国家与学校"立德树人"的育人目标。
This paper puts forward nurturance education about cultivating college students' "five-self " (self-cognition, self-acceptance, self-control, self-perfection, self-transcendence) mature personality from four dimensions of cognition, emotion, volition and behavior. Its purpose is to promote college students' comprehensive ideological and psychological qualities, serve nurturance education and achieve the educational goal of morality education of the nation and schools.
