摘要
阐述了基于交流变频传动在汽车检测电控系统的构成以及传动系统控制要点.分析了直接转矩控制技术的原理,并将电涡流式底盘测功机的试验数据与ACS800在汽车检测控制系统中的数据进行了对比,并从以上2个不同层面论证了采用变频器ACS800的直接转矩控制特性来实现对电惯量加载的可行性.
The structure of the electronic control system for automotive detection based on AC variable-frequency transmission, and the key points of transmission system control are presented. The principle of direct torque control is analysed. The test data of eddy current dynamometer is compared with that obtained by automotive detection and control system based on ACS800 variable-frequency driver. From two different levels, the feasibility of applying ACS800 variable-frequency driver to implement electric inertia loading has been demonstrated.
