低碳高强度海洋平台用钢的研究应用进展 被引量:4

摘要 低碳(超低碳)贝氏体钢的生产成本相对较低,且具有良好的焊接性和一定的耐海洋环境腐蚀性能,所以其在海洋平台用钢方面的开发与应用引起了广泛的关注。有研究表明低碳贝氏体型耐候钢的耐蚀性能得益于其组织结构。本文从国内外两个方面简要阐述了高强度海洋平台钢的研究发展情况以及再制造过程面对的问题,探讨了微量铌在超低碳贝氏体型高强度海洋平台用钢的应用问题以及超低碳贝氏体型海洋平台用钢开发面临的生产工艺与使用性能问题。 In terms of offshore platform steel,low cost,good welding performance and marine environment corrosion resistance,low carbon (ultra low carbon) bainite steel received widespread attention.Studies have shown that the organization form of ULCB weathering steel is helpful to improve its corrosion resistance.Research progress and application of low-carbon high-strength offshore platform steel both at home and abroad were introduced in this paper.The problems encountered during the remanufacturing process of high-strength offshore platform steel were analyzed.The application problems of the trace niobium in ULCB high strength offshore platform steel were discussed.The problems about production technology and the use performance of ULCB offshore platform steel were alse discussed.
