神经生长因子辅助高压氧治疗对视神经萎缩血流参数的影响及疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨鼠神经生长因子联合高压氧治疗对视神经萎缩血流参数的影响,并观察其治疗效果。方法分析2014年9月至2016年4月86例在我院接受治疗的视神经萎缩患者的临床资料,随机分为两组,观察组41例(49只眼),对照组45例(52只眼)。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=9.873,P=0.002);两组患者治疗后视网膜中央动脉(CRA)血流动力学参数(PSV、EDV、PI)均明显高于治疗前水平,RI低于治疗前水平,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者治疗后PSV、EDV、PI参数高于对照组,RI参数低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后不良反应发生率比较上无统计学意义(χ~2=0.647,P=0.421)。结论神经生长因子辅助高压氧治疗对视神经萎缩治疗效果较佳,且安全有效,可明显改善CRA的血流供应。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of nerve growth factor and hyperbaric oxygen treatment on hemodynamics in optic nerve atrophy patients. Methods Clinical data of 86 patients with optic atrophy who were treated in our hospital between September 2014 and April 2016 were analyzed. Patients were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group had 41 cases( 49 eyes) and the control group have 45 cases( 52 eyes). Results The effective rate was significantly higher in observation group( χ^2= 9. 873,P = 0. 002). After treatment,PSV,EDV,PI of retinal artery significantly increased and RI significantly reduced in both groups( P〈0. 05). PSV,EDV,and PI were higher and RI was lower in observation group( P〈0. 05) than in control group. There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups( χ^2= 0. 647,P = 0. 421). Conclusions Nerve growth factor and hyperbaric oxygen therapy is effective in the treatment of optic nerve atrophy,and it can obviously improve the blood supply from the retinal artery.
