摘要 针对汽车离合器从动盘在冲压成形过程中存在表面平面度难以达到使用要求的问题,研制了一种汽车离合器从动盘热压校平装置,使离合器从动盘能够在恒温恒压环境下自动实现热压校平。通过运动仿真验证了校平传动机构的合理性,试验结果表明,这一校平装置能够提高汽车离合器从动盘表面平面度的合格率,可靠性高,性能稳定。 Aiming at the problem that the surface flatness of the clutch driven plate is difficult to meet the operating requirement when it is formed by punching process, a smoothing device by hot pressing was developed to make the clutch driven plate smoothing by hot pressing automatically in the environment with constant temperature and constant pressure. The rationality of smoothing mechanism was verified by motion simulation. The test results show that this smoothing device can improve the passing rate of the surface flatness of the clutch driven plate and features high reliability and stable performance.
