摘要
发动机曲轴疲劳强度和机体噪声、振动、平顺性性能是汽车行业关注的焦点之一,直接影响汽车的性能。对普通直列式6缸发动机的曲柄连杆机构进行建模,利用曲轴转角变化来表征应力分布随时间的变化,并对机构的运动状态进行分析,获得曲轴容易产生疲劳的位置,进而为发动机的设计研发提供理论依据。
Fatigue strength of engine crankshaft as well as NVH of engine block are one of the focal point concerned by the automotive industry due to that they may direct influence the automobile performance directly. By modeling the crank-link mechanism of a common inline-type 6-cylinder engine, adopted the changed crankshaft degree to characterize the time variation of the stress section. With the analyses of the motion state of the mechanism, the position of the crankshaft where it was easy to produce fatigue could be obtained, and then it could provide the theoretical basis for R & D of the engine.
