摘要
曲线磨削广泛用于各种轮廓曲线类零件的精密加工,介绍了基于全局图像的轮廓曲线磨削加工误差原位检测原理,提出了误差补偿方法,并进行了仿真试验。试验结果表明,补偿后的加工误差下降79%,验证了误差检测及补偿方法的可行性。
Curve grinding is widely used in precision machining of a variety of profile curve parts, introduced the principle of in-situ detection of the error of profile curve grinding based on global image, and put forward the method for error compensation and completed the simulation test. The test results show that the mismachining tolerance after compensation is reduced by 79%, and the feasibility of the error detection and compensation method is verified.
