对某公司卷接包装车间的物料配送系统进行全面分析和研究,将精益思想运用到车间物料配送的作业流程研究中,优化配送模式和车间布局,进而减少质量事故,提高企业的产品质量和生产效率。
Performed a muhi-analysis and studies on the material distribution system of a company＇s rolling and packing workshop, and useed lean concept to study the operation flow of workshop＇s material distribution. The distribution mode and workshop layout were optimized to reduce the quality failure and improve the product quality and production efficiency.
