摘要
文章从分析密涅瓦大学的环境创新、目标创新、课程创新、教学创新四个方面入手,发现为了世界培养睿智之才,在信息技术的支持下,密涅瓦大学发明了全球游学制,并通过构建"以学生为中心"的教育理念、以能力为本的课程体系、以学习为中心的教学方法相互呼应的教育模式,有效地将通识教育与专业教育、语言文字世界的学习、真实世界的学习与虚拟现实世界的学习融为一体,开创了全球文化沉浸式的大学发展新模式。该模式为当前我国大学的改革与发展,特别是进行"双一流"建设提供了启示。
The integration of globalization and informatization has triggered people's unprecedented imagination on the university innovation. This paper analyzed the characteristics of the newly emerged Minerva Schools at KGI in cultivating wisdom for the world from the aspects of environment innovation, objective innovation, curriculum innovation and teaching innovation. The results showed that Minerva schools set up the global tour system under the support of information technology. Meanwhile, Minerva schools integrated the liberal education with professional education, fused the learning in the language and writing world, real world and virtual world together by constructing the student-centered education concept, the competency-based curriculum structure, and the learning-based teaching methodology. In addition, a new model for university development----immersive global experience, which offered creative insight into the current reform and development of most universities, especially gave enlightenment to the innovation of "double work-class construction" of domestic universities.
