铜合金内硼化的研究

摘要 研究了Cu-Ni、Cu-Fe二元合金,Cu-Fe-Ni三元合金的内硼化.将成分分别为Fe3%Cu97%、Ni5%Cu95%、Fe3%Ni5%Cu92%、Fe1%Ni5%Cu94%4种铜合金在不同的温度和保温时间下进行内硼化处理.然后利用扫描电子显微镜观察形貌;并进行层深测量与显微硬度测试.结果表明,经内硼化处理后,三种合金的渗层硬度均明显高于基体硬度,硬度的最高值不在最表层而是在次表层;成分不同的合金经相同条件处理后,其组织形态与性能有明显区别;三种合金中Cu-Fe合金的内硼化效果较好. In this paper,the internal boroniza tion of Cu-Fe,Cu-Ni,Cu-Fe-Ni alloys is studied.Internal boronization treament of Fe3%Cu97%,Ni5%Cu95%,Fe3%Ni5%Cu92%,Fe1%Ni 5%Cu94%is performed at different temperatures and in different time of heat preservation.Wi th the observation of microstructur e and the measurement of exudation layer thic kness and hardness,a conclusion is d rawn that,after internal boronization,the hardness of exudation layer is mu ch higher than that of the matrix ,and the peak value does not exist in the surface layer but in the second surfa ce layer.The microstructure and pro perties after the same internal boronization treament are obviously different in different alloys.For the four kinds of alloys ,it is obviou s that the effect of internal boronization Cu-Fe alloys is the best.
