摘要
为提升铁路保价运输产品市场竞争力,从内在和外在形式分析铁路保价运输产品和货运保险产品及其关系,运用SWOT分析法分析铁路保价运输产品的竞争优势、劣势、外部威胁与机遇,提出铁路保价运输产品发展对策,即从提高保价运输产品安全、扩大核心产品的宣传内容方面突出铁路保价运输产品内在形式;从重视保价运输理赔服务质量、拓展保价运输产品种类、提高保价运输形式产品投资方面重视保价运输产品外在形式,实现铁路保价运输创收增效。
In order to increase the market competitiveness of railway value-insured transportation products, this paper analyzes the relationship between railway value-insured transportation product and freight transport insurance product from their internal and external forms. The paper also analyzes the competition advantages & disadvantages, external treats and opportunities of railway value-insured transportation product by using SWOT analysis, and puts forward following countermeasures of developing railway value-insured transportation products, which are, giving prominence to internal form of railway value-insured transportation product from the aspects of increasing safety of value-insured transportation products and expanding propaganda of core products; paying attention on the external form of value-insured transportation products from the aspects of attaching importance to compensation service quality of value-insured transportation, expanding product categories of the transportation and increasing investment on value-insured transportation products, so as to achieve increasing income and improving efficiency of railway value-insured transportation.
