结合国家对特色小镇建设的标准、要求与实际工程案例,围绕智慧小镇智慧民生、智慧政务与智慧产业三大建设模块,给出切实的建设方案及智慧小镇的功能体系架构。

In conjunction with the national standards and requirements for the construction of characteristic towns and actual projects, teasible construction schemes and the functional framework for smart towns are proposed with the locus on three construction modules （ smart people＇s livelihood, smart government affairs and smart industry）.
