多层螺旋CT对妇科急腹症的诊断价值

The diagnostic value of MSCT in gynecologic acute abdomen diseases

目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)及后处理重建技术对妇科急腹症不同病种的诊断价值。方法收集经手术病理证实和临床确诊的38例妇科急腹症的CT资料,分析其病变部位、性质、影像表现及特点。结果MSCT诊断妇科急腹症的敏感性为100%,诊断符合率为71%。38例妇科急腹症中,其中输卵管妊娠破裂13例,卵巢囊肿破裂7例,卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转8例,子宫破裂、穿孔3例,感染性病变7例,均有相应的MSCT表现及特点。结论 MSCT由于扫描速度快,并可对图像进行多种后处理重建,对妇科急腹症的诊断与鉴别诊断有重要价值。

Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of multi-slice computed tomography （MSCT） and reconstruction technology in gynecological acute abdomen diseases. Methods MSCT data of 38 eases with pathologically and clinical proved gynecologic acute abdomen diseases were analyzed retrospectively, meanwhile, the lesion location, character, imaging manifestations and characteristics were comprehensively reviewed. Results The sensitivity of MSCT in the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen diseases was 100%, the diagnostic coincidence rate was 71%. Of 38 cases there were 13 cases with ruptured tubal pregnancy, pediele torsion of ovarian cyst in 8 cases, uterine rupture and perforation in 3 cases , ovarian cyst burst and gynecological infective lesion in 7 eases respectively, all diseases had corresponding CT manifestations and characteristics. Conclusion MSCT play an important role in the di- agnosis and differential diagnosis of gynecologic acute abdomen attributed to it＇s fast scanning speed and reconstruction technology.
