摘要 主要从油液温度角度分析了其对抗蛇行减振器本身的动态特性影响以及抗蛇行减振器在低温状态下动态特性变化情况。首先,从试验角度对抗蛇行减振器不同温度下动态特性进行了研究,研究表明,在油液正常工作温度范围内,随着油液温度的降低,减振器吸收的能量越多,动态阻尼和动态刚度也越大,当温度超过了抗蛇行减振器油液正常工作范围,温度越低,减振器吸收的能量、动态刚度、动态阻尼反而会减小。接着,对处于低温(-50℃)非正常工作状态下的抗蛇行减振器的低温特性进行了研究,研究表明低温时,减振器在两小时内无法由非正常工作状态恢复到正常工作状态,油液温度上升不明显,动态刚度、动态阻尼变化也不明显。 The oil temperature effect on dynamic feature of yaw damper and vehicle dynamic performance is mainly analyzed in the article. Firstly, dynamic feature of different temperature is investigated based on experiment. It indicates that yaw damper absorbs more energy and dynamic stiffness and dynamic damping also increases with the decreasing of temperature when oil temperature is within nor mal limits, or they would be decrease. Then the low temperature feature of yaw damper states low temperature (- 50℃) non-normal working state is researched. It shows that yaw damper cannot work from non-normal working state into normal state within two hours. The change of oil temperature and dynamic stiffness and dynamic damping are not obvious.
