摘要
介绍了两种高分子弹性元件与钢摩擦元件组合的新型缓冲器钢摩擦元件的设计原理,并应用有限元法对新型缓冲器的静压试验进行仿真研究,研究结果表明新型缓冲器不仅保持了高分子弹性元件缓冲器的优点,又能有效提高缓冲器的能量吸收率,为新型缓冲器进一步的研发提供有价值的参考。
The design principle of steel rubbing element of two kinds of draft gears assembled with high polymer elastic elements and steel rubbing elements is introduced and the press test simulation of the draft gear is done by finite element method. The results of the simulation show that the new type of draft gear improve the energy absorption ratio effectively while keeping the advantages of the former draft gear. The valuable references are offered by the paper.
