摘要
为满足我国新研制的HX_D2型大功率机车的制动条件,克服进口产品价格高,产品供应周期长的弊端,进一步降低机车使用和维修成本,解决进口配件国产化的问题,针对其制动单元的闸瓦展开系统研究,通过对比性试验和工艺验证,新研制合成闸瓦的摩擦磨耗性能达到了国外进口原装闸瓦的质量水平,为新研制闸瓦的普及、应用与推广奠定了良好的基础。
In order to meet the braking condition of HXD2 high-power locomotive newly developed in our country, overcome the high price of imported products , disadvantages of long supply cycle, further reduce the locomotive operation and maintenance cost, solve the problem of the localization of imported locomotive parts, a systematic research of brake shoe for the brake unit has launched. Through contrast test and process approval, friction and wear properties of newly developed synthetic brake shoe has reached the quality level of imported one and laid a good foundation for the popularization, application and promotion of new shoe.
