摘要
动车组空调机组是影响旅客乘坐舒适度的重要部件,针对各车型空调机组功能相同、结构相似,但检修范围和要求存在较大差异的状况,依据现代维修理论和方法,通过开展高级修规程对比、分析及提炼,制定了动车组空调机组的模块化检修规程大纲,并参照大纲修订了相关检修规程,对于规范和优化动车组检修工作具有重要意义。
EMU air conditioning unit is an important component for passenger comfortable sense. Based on modern maintenance theory and overhaul method, through advanced repair procedures comparison, analysis and summarization, EMU Air-conditioning Unit Modular Maintenance Procedures Outline was finished for the air-conditioning unit in different train type with same function, similar strut ture, hut the repair scope and requirements exists big differences. Available related overhaul procedures are also revised in references this new file which has great significance to standardize and optimize the maintenance work of EMU.
